Chris Choby
Director of Growth
As the Director of Growth for Connected Logistics, Chris brings more than two decades of experience designing, developing, and executing growth strategies for Defense and Commercial Aerospace firms ranging from Fortune 100 firms to private equity-backed small businesses. Prior to joining Connected Logistics, Chris developed repeatable Federal Growth strategies to expand C5MI into new programs and partnerships with large system Integrators. In his new role as Director of Growth, Chris will leverage his deep knowledge of Defense Logistics to position Connected Logistics for future opportunities across the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, Defense Agencies, and Combatant Commands by aligning the company’s existing capabilities with new technologies and programs.
Previously, Chris developed Growth strategies for Commercial Aerospace and Defense at DXC Technology as Senior Director and Digital General Manager for Aerospace, Defense & Manufacturing – General Dynamics Account, where he worked collaboratively with General Dynamics’ teams, DXC A&D Digital programs, and Digital (Industry 4.0) best practices to introduce enhanced performance capabilities. Chris also leveraged his Federal experience to successfully bring DXC back to the Federal marketplace.
As IBM’s Global Business Services (GBS) Navy and Marine Corps Account Executive, Chris managed the Profit & Loss (P&L) of IBM’s $225M/year Navy & USMC Account with oversight of and responsibility for 500+ W2 employees and 1099 and subcontractors. Chris’ 22 years of experience provides a deep background in all facets of complex consulting programs, including account leadership, program management, and business development.
BS in Mechanical Engineering from the Catholic University of America and a MBA from the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School
