Tori Jarema

Director of Human Resources

As Director of Human Resources, Ms. Jarema supports the current and future needs of our most valuable asset – Connected Logistics’ employees. She has been working in the HR and Security field for more than 16 years, including nearly a decade of experience supporting Connected Logistics, during which time Ms. Jarema was instrumental in the company’s growth and employee retention.

In addition to her HR responsibilities, Ms. Jarema serves as Connected Logistics’ Corporate Facility Security Officer (FSO) and Insider Threat Program Senior Official (ITPSO); leads the company’s recruiting and retention efforts; and supports Connected Logistics programs across the Department of Defense (DoD) and Veterans Affairs (VA). 

In January 2020, Ms. Jarema achieved the Society for Human Resources Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification, demonstrating her expertise and commitment to the HR field.  In 2022, Ms. Jarema assumed the role of Vice Chair of the Great Lakes Chapter of the Society of Industrial Security Professionals (NCMS), where she played a pivotal role in the Chapter achieving the 2023 Chapter of Excellence (COE) award.
